Made-to-Order Fulfillment

Many Cozy In The Stacks physical products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Printful and Printify.

This means your item is produced specifically after your order is placed. Because of this, processing time and shipping time are separate.

Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes to create, print, package, and prepare your item before it ships.

Most made-to-order products are processed within several business days, but processing times may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, order volume, holidays, and production demand.

During busy seasons, such as holidays or major promotions, processing may take longer than usual.

Shipping Time

Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed over to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times vary based on:

  • Product type
  • Fulfillment partner
  • Fulfillment location
  • Shipping destination
  • Shipping method selected at checkout
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather or seasonal volume

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, your products may ship separately and arrive in different packages.

This can happen when items are fulfilled by different production partners, different facilities, or different product types.

You may receive more than one tracking number for a single order.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Rates may vary depending on the product, quantity, shipping destination, and fulfillment partner.

If we offer free shipping or promotional shipping, the details will be shown on the website or during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after the label is created. Tracking may not update immediately.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Cozy In The Stacks is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at cozyhello@cozyinthestacks.com. We will do our best to help, but address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order if reshipment is available.

Carrier Delays

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

Cozy In The Stacks is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect addresses
  • Local delivery disruptions
  • High seasonal shipping volume
  • Events outside of our control

We understand delays can be frustrating, and we will do our best to help you review tracking information when needed.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at cozyhello@cozyinthestacks.com with your order number and tracking information.

Lost package claims must be reviewed based on carrier status and fulfillment partner requirements. Printful requires lost-in-transit claims to be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe your package is lost.

Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

  • Your porch, mailbox, parcel locker, lobby, or package room
  • With household members
  • With neighbors
  • Around side doors, garages, or hidden delivery spots
  • With your local delivery carrier

Cozy In The Stacks is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

However, you may contact us and we will do our best to guide you through possible next steps.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping.

After purchase, your digital download should be available through the checkout confirmation, your account, or the email connected to your order.
