Products & Availability
Cozy In The Stacks offers a mix of physical products, print-on-demand merchandise, digital products, and bookish lifestyle items.
Many of our physical products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including platforms such as Printful and Printify. This means your item is created specifically after your order is placed.
Because our products are made to order, please review all product details carefully before checking out. This includes size, color, product type, quantity, shipping address, and any other order details.
We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, product material, and printing methods.
Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change at any time without notice.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, it may be sent to production quickly. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that order changes or cancellations can be made after checkout is complete.
Please make sure your shipping address, email address, product size, product color, and order details are correct before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at cozyhello@cozyinthestacks.com. We will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Digital Products
Digital products, including printable journals, downloads, worksheets, and other digital files, are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
You may not resell, reproduce, share, upload, distribute, alter, or use Cozy In The Stacks digital products for commercial purposes.
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once the order is completed.
Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors to process transactions. Cozy In The Stacks does not store your full payment information.
Your order will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.
Shipping
Physical products are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Since many items are made to order, production time is separate from shipping time.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, especially if items are fulfilled by different production partners or facilities.
Cozy In The Stacks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier delays, weather, customs, holiday volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Please review our Refund & Return Policy before placing an order.
Because many of our physical items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work with our fulfillment partner when eligible.
Digital products are final sale.
