Cozy In The Stacks – Return & Refund Policy

At Cozy In The Stacks, each item is made to order just for you. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase, as it explains your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Items | All Sales Final

All Cozy In The Stacks merchandise is custom-printed on demand. Due to the nature of made-to-order products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Fit, style, or preference issues

Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and order details prior to checkout.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos showing the issue

  • Your order number must be included in your request

Approved claims will be resolved through our fulfillment partner. In most cases, a replacement will be issued. Refunds are provided only when a replacement is not possible.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.

Returned to Sender / Address Errors

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Failure to retrieve the package from the carrier

The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds are not guaranteed for returned items under these circumstances.

Refund Method & Processing

Approved refunds (when applicable) are issued:

  • To the original payment method or

  • As store credit, at our discretion

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Policy Limitations

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the Cozy In The Stacks merch page. We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

This policy complies with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws and does not affect any rights that cannot be legally excluded.
